TLX Series Rotary Tillers Perfect for preparing seedbeds or controlling weeds, Case IH TLX Series rotary tillers are durable machines designed to provide years of service. 1/8-inch (3.2-mm) thick steel deck construction provides built-in strength. Box section steel frame supports the Category I or II hitch depending on the model. Oil-bath input and side gearboxes assure smooth, efficient, power transmission and superior durability. Driveline universal joints and rotor shaft bearing have grease fittings for longer life. Adjustable skid-shoes allow you to change tilling depth. Adjustable rear shield allows you to adjust between fine and coarse tilling. Accommodate for offset operation—like tilling close to a building or obstacle—by adjusting the outside hitch pin brackets which are bolted to the frame. Heavy-duty (H) models offer these added features: High speed tines - greater tip speed allows for one-pass tilling. Gear drive - reliable performance in difficult conditions. Curved-tip steel tiller tines - optimum soil mixing performance.

It’s no secret the best way to learn is by doing. The best kept secret is that Reverse Tilling is about the greatest thing that has happened to tillers since dirt.

If you put a Reverse Tine Tiller next to anybody’s forward Tine Tiller (that’s right, even another Land Pride tiller), you will learn that the reverse action beats the others every time. It’s just the nature of the action. Typically, fewer passes will be needed with a Reverse Tine Tiller.

Forward rotation tillers tend to "walk" on top of hard ground. Reverse action "sucks" the tiller into the ground, and it loves it down there! There’s nothing that pulls it out except the tractor.

The Reverse action doesn’t push the tractor, the tractor pulls the tiller, resulting in greater and easier ground penetration. The reverse rotation of the tiller tines forces the tiller in the ground, preventing "walking" on hard ground. Once it’s in, it stays put!

Ground cover in your way? No problem for a Reverse Tine Tiller. It turns it up, chops it a time or two, and buries it under a cascade of large clods, which are buried under small clods. Large clods fall first, and they just get smaller as they pile on top of each other. What’s left on top is a perfect seedbed to foster your wild imagination!

The Multivator is a high clearance rotary tillage machine designed for inter-row cultivation of vegetable, fruit, nursery and field crops. Control weeds, improve soil conditions, and reduce your dependence on herbicides. There are Multivator models to suit every individual’s needs from 1 row to 6 row configurations with tractor requirements ranging from 15-150hp. The Multivator is customer assembled to suit your needs. Optional equipment can also be added to your Multivator such as fertilizer hopper, ridger assemblies, and a steering guide. The light duty FL, medium duty FP, and the heavy duty FPSR machines are all available in high clearance as well. The FL is designed primarily to suit tractors between 15 and 50 hp in light soil conditions. The FP is suitable for 25 to 100hp and average soil conditions while the FPSR it designed for 50 to 150hp in heavy soil. The FPSR is also widely used as a strip tiller.
